Pricing

We offer flat rate pricing based upon your type of Bankruptcy. In most cases, the flat rate will be the rate charged.

• Chapter 7 Single Below Median Income: $1175 plus $335 filing fee.
• Chapter 7 Joint Below Median Income: $1200 plus $335 filing fee.
• Chapter 7 Above Median Income: $1400 plus $335 filing fee.
• Chapter 13: $2700 plus $306 filing fee with additional fees in repayment plan.

Plus if you qualify, I’ll file a fee waiver for you, so that you may not have to pay for the filing fee!

Payment Plan

A deposit of $300. That is all that it takes to get started. I will then give you intake forms that will take you step by step through the process of gathering the financial information you need to file bankruptcy. How you structure your payments from this point on is up to you. You may pay me weekly if you wish. Once the entirety of the fee has been paid, I will then file your bankruptcy petition.
