(Effective 3/2013 – Subject to Change)
We offer flat-rate, up front pricing on all of our estate plans. The following represents our standard estate planning “packages.” Of course, not every client’s situation fits these packages exactly. In those instances, we will work with potential clients to develop a plan that properly meets their needs. Such a plan may include documents not discussed below. We will always quote a “flat fee” prior to starting the work. After the initial estate plan is completed and signed, amendments to the plan will be subject to additional fees.
Most clients choose to have complete estate plan packages done because the documents end up being less expensive and the notary fees are included. However, occasionally situations will arise where a client simply wants an individual document. In those cases, the fees are as follows:
Additional Documents | Fee |
---|---|
Stand Alone Living Trust (individual) | $499 |
Stand Alone Will (individual) | $99 |
Stand Alone Will (couples) | $159 |
Durable Power of Attorney for Business Affairs | $150 |
Advance Health Care Directive | $150 |
Nomination of Guardian for Minor Children | $150 |
Additional Services | Fee |

Drafting and recording of deeds: includes the drafting and recording of the deed, the drafting and filing of the required Preliminary Change Ownership Report, the Notary fees, and the County recording fees. | $150 |
Hourly Rate. Our office strives to set flat rates on legal services so that clients will always know exactly what to expect regarding fees. In those unusual situations where a client requests work for which no flat rate has been established and cannot be estimated, our hourly rate will apply. | $300 |
